- Part-time, evenings from 4 PM to Close (approximately 12 AM) and weekend shifts (anytime between Open and Close.
- Georgian Bowl, a fun and dynamic bowling entertainment centre, is seeking friendly and professional individuals to join our team!
**Role Overview:**
The successful candidate will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare food according to customer preferences and in accordance to Georgian Bowl standards
- Ensure food is prepared and ready for service in a timely manner
- Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and order
- Assist other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and cleanliness of the centre
- They will work within and be compliant to local food safety standards
Our Kitchen Team will at times also be responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties when necessary. These tasks include interacting with guests over the phone and in person, setting them up to bowl, serving guests and ensuring they enjoy their time at Georgian Bowl. Throughout all of these interactions team members must maintain a high level of professionalism and present Georgian Bowl in the best light possible.
**What We’re Looking For:**
We’re seeking positive, enthusiastic team members who:
- Have a strong understanding of customer service principles
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment, while staying calm under pressure
- Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant roles is an asset
