Each month, we help over 1,000 Canadian small businesses stay up to date on their paperwork.

We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and some accounting experience to join our team as a Staff Accountant.

Duties

- Bookkeeping data entry
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Production of accurate and timely financial statements
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Basic year end preparation

Qualifications

- Prior bookkeeping and accounting experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax concepts
- Experience and fluency with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work tasks




- Clear written and spoken English

Although formal accounting education is considered an asset, it is not an application requirement.

This position provides excellent experience and interesting work in a professional accounting office with market level salary and perks. This is a full-time role with the potential for schedule flexibility to accommodate early morning start times.
