Production Worker / Drawbench Operator – Entry Level

Markham Area
Day Shift
$19.00/hour

Position Summary

As a Production Worker / Drawbench Operator, you will:

- Ensure proper set-up and changeovers of the draw bench for required tubing sizes
- Inspect product quality to ensure it meets work order specifications
- Perform basic maintenance, including lubrication and minor repairs on equipment
- Complete production logs and required reports
- Conduct regular monitoring and routine inspections

Skills & Knowledge





- Responsible, reliable, and demonstrates a positive attitude
- Good communication skills; able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment or production issues
- Works well with coworkers and supervisors
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Working Workplace

- Manufacturing environment
- Hot and noisy conditions
- Required: Steel-toed safety shoes and full personal protective equipment (PPE)
