We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Truck Washer / Yard & Shop Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping trucks clean and assisting with general yard and shop duties while following all company health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

- Wash and clean trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles
- Perform exterior truck washing and basic cleaning
- Keep the yard, wash area, and shop clean and organized
- Assist with moving and organizing equipment and materials
- Help with general yard and shop maintenance duties
- Follow company procedures and instructions
- Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, spills, or hazards to the supervisor
- Perform other general duties as assigned

Health & Safety Responsibilities

- Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Safely operate pressure washers, cleaning equipment, and other tools after receiving appropriate training
- Handle cleaning products and chemicals safely and according to workplace procedures
- Keep walkways, work areas, and wash areas clean and free of hazards
- Immediately report injuries, incidents, near misses, hazards, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor




- Participate in required health and safety training
- Follow proper procedures for chemical storage, labeling, handling, and disposal
- Never operate equipment or perform a task without proper training or authorization
- Cooperate with workplace inspections and safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for yourself and others
- Stop and report work when an unsafe condition cannot be safely controlled

Requirements

- No previous experience required — training will be provided
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of performing outdoor, washing, lifting, and cleaning duties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
