Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Tuesdays to Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to join our team in modern downtown Richmond office. Saturday is optional. This role is vital in helping us provide exceptional dental care and ensuring patient comfort. Join us in making a difference in our patients' smile!

Must have excellent chairside manners and patient service.
Must be a team player.
Working knowledge of Cleardent system preferred.

Speaking Chinese is an asset
Orthodontics experience is an asset.
Prefer minimum two years experience as a certified dental assistant.
Salary is negotiable and depending on experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures with precision and care.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a protected environment.
- Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.




- Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer their questions.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless patient experiences.
- Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification is required.
- Proven experience with dental assisting, preferably in a busy practice.
- Proficiency in Cleardent
- Knowledge of orthodontics preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
