Automotive Service Advisor, Slave Lake, AB

Location: Slave Lake, Alberta

Requirements:

- NICE TO HAVE Min 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
- NICE TO HAVE Dealership experience
- NICE TO HAVE PBS experience

Pay:

- 100% Commission with guarantee (negotiable)
- Expect to Earn between $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 /month
- Two weeks’ vacation after the first year

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer requirements and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding service expectations and customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Pay: $78,000.00-$96,000.00 per year

- Automotive Service Advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
- PBS/CDK/Reynolds: 1 year (preferred)

- Canadian Drivers' License (required)
