About the Role

Collision Repair Experts - Toronto North is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collision repair team located at TD Auto Insurance North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience from the initial appointment booking through vehicle delivery.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, estimators, and repair technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and positive experience.
- Schedule customer appointments for vehicle inspections, estimates, and repairs.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, updates, and required documentation.
- Complete and maintain customer paperwork, repair orders, and required documentation accurately.
- Perform vehicle walkarounds with customers to document vehicle condition before repairs begin.
- Take photos and gather necessary information during the check-in process.
- Communicate directly with insurance adjusters and assist with on-site inspections and claim-related documentation.
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and production staff to ensure a smooth repair workflow.
- Answer customer questions and provide updates throughout the repair process.




- Assist customers with rental vehicle coordination and other repair-related services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all files are complete and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing TD Auto Center professionally.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, automotive, dealership, or collision repair environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a collision repair centre, dealership, or automotive service environment.
- Experience dealing with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Knowledge of automotive repair terminology.
- Experience using Mitchell RepairCenter is an asset.
- Experience with Tesla vehicles or Tesla repair processes is highly preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
