We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a licensed cannabis production facility, where cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule

- Primarily a 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
- Start time: 6:30 a.m.
- Weekend availability is required, as the rotation includes some Saturdays and Sundays
- Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on production needs

Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning and sanitation of production rooms, equipment, and work areas
- Assist with crop movement and general production activities
- Follow sanitation procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete production and sanitation records accurately
- Support the cultivation team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment

Please note: A significant portion of this role involves sanitation and cleaning.



Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment where cleanliness is a top priority.

Qualifications

- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable performing physically active work and standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in cannabis, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing is an asset but is not required
