What You'll Do

As a Site Support Technician, you'll play an important role in helping restore properties and support our Restoration and Construction teams.

Key Responsibilites

- Assist with demolition and restoration projects
- Set up, move, and monitor restoration equipment
- Perform construction and post-project cleaning
- Install site protection and temporary hoarding
- Pack, document, move, and store customer contents
- Keep job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Complete job documentation, photos, and timekeeping using company software
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with daily project needs
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract




- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Criminal Record Check
- CSTS and WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Construction, demolition, restoration, or labour experience is an asset
- First Aid and IICRC certifications are an asset
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
