Petra Auto Trade Centre Inc. has proudly served the Hamilton community for nearly 24 years. We are a busy, well-established automotive repair facility and licensed used vehicle dealership seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S) to join our team. Level 3 apprentices are welcome to apply.

We are looking for a technician who is confident diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles and who takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform engine and transmission removals, replacements, and repairs
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
- Perform A/C diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
- Complete suspension, steering, brake, drivetrain, and exhaust repairs
- Perform safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Use diagnostic scan tools and service information to accurately identify faults




- Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete repair documentation

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence (or level 3 completed)
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with engine and transmission replacements
- Experience with electrical diagnostics and A/C systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
