Job Description
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your day, and takes pride in getting things done? We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and adaptable Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Operations team.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and playing an important role in keeping the business moving. As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll support the full fulfillment process — from receiving incoming products and managing shipments to preparing orders, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with a variety of operational projects.
This role is perfect for someone who is a true jack of all trades — someone who can confidently balance physical tasks with computer-based responsibilities, work independently when needed, collaborate with the team, and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring products are accurately received, organized, and shipped on time
- Pick, pack, and fulfill promotional product orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and assemble custom kitting projects, including folding, packaging, and poly-bagging products
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring shipping details and documentation are accurate
- Assist with inventory organization, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate product records
- Complete local deliveries throughout Niagara and the GTA using a company vehicle as needed
- Support online order fulfillment and other operational projects as needed
- Work closely with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse and workspace
- Assist with office and warehouse setup, organization, and miscellaneous operational tasks when required
- Learn and utilize internal systems, processes, and technology to support daily operations
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed
What You Bring
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of deadlines and workload
- Ability to quickly learn and retain new processes, systems, and information
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
- Ability to comfortably stand and move for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs on a daily basis
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a company vehicle for local deliveries
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, hospitality, food service, retail, or another fast-paced environment is considered an asset
This Role Is for You, If
- You enjoy variety and don’t want every day to look the same
- You’re someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative
- You can adapt quickly when priorities change
- You take pride in finishing the day knowing you accomplished what needed to get done
- You enjoy being part of a team where everyone contributes
- You’re organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing physical and administrative responsibilities
- You’re looking for a role where you can build a strong foundation and continue developing within a growing company
