Job Description

This is a sales-oriented role that involves constantly talking with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable coverage. You will be responsible for:

- Dealing with new clients and building strong first impressions
- Preparing quotes for recent and upcoming clients
- Understanding client demands and matching them to the right products




- Accurately entering and maintaining client data and records
- Understanding and navigating multiple companies' rules, regulations, and product guidelines
- Being tech-oriented and comfortable working across various software and BMS systems

Compensation

- Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential
- Earnings tied directly to sales performance and client retention

Experience

- 1 year of experience preferred in the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Comfortable with data entry and technology-driven workflows

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
