The Role

We are hiring a Barista/Customer Service Member who can do it all: craft the perfect espresso and scoop the perfect cone. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them navigate our flavors and leaving them with a memorable experience.

What You’ll Do:

- The Gelato Expert: Help customers explore our variety of flavors, offering samples and scooping gelato/sorbetto with care and presentation in mind.
- The Barista: Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and specialty teas.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a friendly, welcoming vibe even during busy rushes.
- Operations:



Handle cash/card transactions, restock displays (cones, cups, pastries), and keep the serving area and tables sparkling clean.

What We’re Looking For

- Availability: Flexible availability is key! We are looking for staff who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays] as these are our busiest times.
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in food service is an asset, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
- Personality: You are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced downtown environment.
- Certification: ProServe certification is a bonus
