Skill Required

- Involves the use of equipment and hand tools (line trimmers, mowers, backpack blowers, line trimmers, rototillers, garden tools, etc.)
- Ability to lift, load and unload materials used with different types of jobs (soils, mulches, etc.)
- To complete full landscaping maintenance projects




- Able to operate a crew efficiently and at company standards
- Equipment maintenance (all lawn equipment and more)
- Able to manage routes and clients independently and efficiently
- Follow detailed instructions along with site layouts and site management

Role Requirements

- Industry experience: 2 years (minimum)
- Transportation to work (required)
- Drivers license: G (required)
- Ability to work with a team or independently
- Must be outgoing, motivated and organized
- Demonstrate an understanding of health and safety at all times
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Available for weekends seasonally
