Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

- Health Care Assistant (HCA), Community Support Worker (CSW), or an equivalent Health or Human Services certificate.




- Applicants without formal certification may be considered if they have relevant experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or in community care settings.

Requirements

Successful applicants must have:

- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current TB Test
- Immunization (vaccination) history
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Position Details

This is a casual, on-call position providing coverage for staff vacations, leaves, and sick time.

Applicants must be available to work all shifts, including:

- Day: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Awake Night: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Casual employees must also be willing to accept shifts on short notice when operational needs arise.
