Explicit Medical Imaging

Clear Medical Imaging consists of a network of outpatient diagnostic imaging clinics that utilize state-of-the-art digital imaging and report sharing software to provide outstanding patient experiences and streamlined physician services. With the development of innovative technology and the rapidly increasing need for radiological services, Clear has undergone extensive growth over the last several years.

Position Summary:

Clear Medical Imaging provides high quality imaging services and select procedures to patients of all ages across Windsor-Essex and Chatham. We are seeking professionals who believe in the mission, vision and values of Explicit Medical Imaging while providing a warm and compassionate patient experience. Clear Medical Imaging also offers a competitive compensation package including Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).

Duties & Responsibilities

- Consistently provide compassionate people-centered care, maintaining a calm, professional attitude with patients
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns appropriately and according to Clear company policies and procedures
- Ensure patient comfort during examinations, respecting individual concerns and cultural differences
- Involve the patient in their examination by hearing their concerns and by providing a detailed, patient-friendly explanation of every stage of their examination, refraining from providing a diagnosis
- Record/document images that support an accurate assessment of normal and abnormal findings
- Perform all patient examinations in accordance with Clear Medical Imaging’s protocols, policies and procedures with attention to required views
- Collaborate with other MRTs,



Sonographers, Radiologists and health care providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of service

Required Qualifications

- Requires registration as an active member in good standing with the CMRITO
- Liability Insurance required
- Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences (OAMRS) Certification
- CAMRT
- Post Secondary Education
- Current CPR required
- Reliable transportation – availability at all locations required

Compensation

Wages start at $37.95 and range to $46.85. We offer the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) to all employees, company-provided scrubs, free parking and generous extended health benefits and paid time off.

- MRT: 1 year (preferred)
