Job Summary

At ADVANTA Home Services we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Cleaning Team Lead to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team of dedicated cleaning professionals. In this role, you will ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote excellent customer service, and uphold our commitment to creating a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will:

- Have cleaning experience (required).
- Have a clean CPIC (required).
- Have a valid driver’s license (required).
- Have a clean driver’s abstract (required).
- Have their own reliable vehicle (required) - Gas compensation to be provided for successful candidate.
- Be able to speak fluent English (required).
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Have good communication and organizational skills.




- Be able to organize and prioritize daily cleaning assignments.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Be available to work on a daily basis, including weekends when required (not every weekend; based on operational needs).
- Be comfortable taking a lead role and helping ensure cleaning work is completed properly and to our standards.
- Oversee the work of other cleaning team members and ensure quality standards are being met.
- Be comfortable providing direction and constructive feedback to other team members.
- Be willing to be hands-on — this is a working Team Lead position, not just a supervisory role.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Cleaning / Janitorial: 2 years (preferred)
