We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food service. You will be responsible for handling transactions in the form of cash, credit/debit and dealing with taking orders from customers.

Duties

- Prepare and cook grilled items according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management.
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety.




- Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions when possible.

Skills

- Proficient in cooking techniques, particularly grilling, with experience in food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Solid background in the food service industry, with prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
