The Role: Line Cook
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the 2026 season. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to all health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of food items.
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
