We are seeking an independent adult to share a fully furnished condo with our adult son. He works three days a week, enjoys sports, being around people, and building friendships. He has a developmental disability and is continuing to grow his confidence, independence, and community connections.
The role is to be a positive roommate and mentor who can encourage his independence, support his success at work and in the community, and help create a welcoming and positive home.
Details:
- Start date: October 1, 2026
- $3100/month compensation (tax exempt)
- Rent $750/month private furnished bedroom, private bathroom, heated underground parking, utilities, and internet

- Patient, dependable, and positive attitude
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle (compensation provided for driving)
