We are looking for an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing high-budget Meta Ads campaigns, improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling profitable lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.

- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising budgets.

- Build and optimize audience targeting and retargeting strategies.

- Conduct creative testing and A/B testing.

- Implement Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).

- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience.

- Proven experience managing $50k+ monthly ad spend.

- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel,



CAPI, and conversion tracking.

- Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.

- Experience managing multiple client accounts.

- Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
