- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen spaces, adhering to food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
