Join our energetic team as a FOH (Front of House) Team Member, working during the Day or Overnight shifts! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change with precision
- Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, counters, and food handling stations




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations diligently

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during both day and overnight shifts

Pay: $18.25-$26.93 per hour
