Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, service quality, and organizational performance.

Process Optimization:
Review existing procedures, identify improvement opportunities,



and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce operational challenges.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and support operational teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and career development.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, process improvement, or related fields, including 3+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or overseeing operational initiatives.

Leadership Experience:
Proven ability to guide teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced professional environment.

Strategic Thinking:
Strong ability to evaluate business challenges, develop practical solutions, and support organizational improvements.

Analytical Skills:
Experience using operational data, reporting tools, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders.
