Training Delivery Specialist (TDS)

The Training Delivery Specialist (TDS) coordinates, schedules, administers, and monitors training programs for Screening Officers. This role ensures training compliance, maintains accurate records, supports trainers and managers, and contributes to the continuous improvement of training delivery and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule training programs, including Runway, SOF, HBS, NPS-V, and training activities for Montreal (YUL) and Class 2 and 3 airports.
- Support employee development initiatives, including Performance Evaluations, Skills Assessments, coaching plans, and training audits.
- Coordinate Return-to-Work, Return-to-Function, and refresher training programs, including classroom, practical, and on-the-job training.
- Maintain training materials, resources, and inventories, ensuring content remains current and accessible.




- Conduct quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance reviews to support training standards.
- Provide ongoing support to trainers and stakeholders, facilitate communication, deliver Train-the-Trainer updates, and track completion of training requirements.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to conduct audits, analyze data, and ensure compliance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
