We build luxury custom homes. We need someone who won't guess.

At Versa Homes, we work on fixed-price contracts, which means there's no room for a soft number. If a takeoff is off, if a quote is padded "just in case," or if a quantity gets under-called to win the client over, that gap comes straight out of the build. We don't operate that way, and we need someone who doesn't either.

This is a role for someone who is dialed in. Precise, accountable, and comfortable being the last line of defense between a drawing and a dollar figure.

What You'll Own

● Full digital takeoffs in Stack for every finish component: trim, tile, flooring, paint, doors, hardware, electrical and plumbing fixtures, glass, millwork, and more

● Turning those takeoffs into verified, vendor-quoted pricing: no allowances, no assumptions, no missing scope

● Procurement and ordering, timed against the build schedule with real lead-time buffers

● Delivery coordination and on-site inspection of every material shipment before it's accepted

● Closing the loop between takeoffs, orders, and deliveries so nothing surprises the site team

What We Need From You

● You quantify things exactly. There's no room for "close enough"

● You'd rather flag a gap than paper over it with an allowance

● You can hold a vendor accountable to a quote that matches scope, unit for unit

● You understand that on a fixed-price job, your numbers are the budget

● You're organized enough to track takeoffs vs. orders vs. deliveries without things falling through the cracks





● Experience with Stack is an asset, but not required — we'll teach the right candidate

● You're AI-driven and open to using AI tools to work faster and more accurately, not resistant to them
