Busy Bar/Restaurant looking for a Kitchen Lead. This position required line cooking, administration (scheduling, inventory, food costing, menu development), staff management. You will be required to close the kitchen at least 2 times per week. Previous management experience is necessary, as well a various types of cuisine. If you think that you are a valuable fit, an in person interview is required, a well as a cooking interview to asses skill and style.
