Overview

We are seeking a friendly and qualified Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous food service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Experience with POS systems such as Micros is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and handling procedures. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Micros
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cashiering and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation or setup when needed, adhering to proper food handling protocols
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales




- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all restaurant policies regarding serving alcohol responsibly and food safety regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food industry roles such as server or bartender preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.00-$34.00 per hour
