Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Manufacturing Automation Engineer immediately who has experience in design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions:

Role Overview:

Looking for candidates who can support in establishing greenfield project - highly automated manufacturing facility. A skilled and innovative Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Study the current manufacturing line in collaboration with an industrial engineers, Manufacturing & Quality team and support in developing current layout and process details.

Participate and Coordinate with Cross Functional team for the USR/ proposal request development

Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers for Business case proposals and preliminary assessments

Plan, monitor and Manage automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Support / Coordinate the integration of various automation components, sensors, actuators,



and industrial networks to create a seamless and efficient manufacturing process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements from the initial design phase.

Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of new automated equipment and systems in the greenfield site.

Collaborate with compliance team to ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.

Consistent reporting to the leadership and CFT on status of each project with challengers and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduation required.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Robust project management skills and attention to detail.

Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to keep up with new technologies.
