Duties

- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure food handling standards are maintained according to safety regulations.
- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and flow of service.
- Use POS systems such as Micros to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team.




- Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all FOH activities.
- Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism, hospitality, and enthusiasm to create memorable dining experiences.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a quick-paced setting.
