Read on to learn more! About the Role In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. What You’ll Do
Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures.
Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more.
Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines.
Track and storedepartment inventory.
Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.
Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.
What You’ll Need




Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship nowor in the future.
High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED).
1 year of related experienceand/or training.
Proficiency using computers andMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience using powered ornon-powered hand tools.
Ability to solve problems andcarry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routinemaintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination,and safety compliance.
Ability to move up to 50lbs andphysical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbingstairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or higher degreefrom a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical orelectrical field.
2+ years apprenticeship orequivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumaticsystems.
Experience with MHE safetystandards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safetystandards.
Experience with a ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS).
2+ years' experience withautomated conveyor systems and controls.
2+ years' experience conductingpredictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
2+ years of blueprint andelectrical schematic reading
2+ year of knowledge withelectrical and electronic principles
2+ year experience of followingand demonstrating safety standards
1+ year experience introubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $62,566.40 annually or $30.08 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $69,680 annually or $33.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
