We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dough prep team member to join our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of the dough. Duties
- Prepare dough according to established recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage and packaging to maintain freshness.
- Collaborate with manager to ensure dough counts are accurate according to the daily requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on food preparation and baking techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential.
