We are seeking a dependable and motivated Powersports Assembly & Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling new ATVs and side-by-sides, installing accessories, and ensuring every unit is cleaned, detailed, and showroom-ready. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble recent ATVs and side-by-side vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Install customer-requested and dealership accessories, including windshields, winches, roofs, lighting, bumpers, audio systems, and other aftermarket products.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure all units meet quality and safety standards.
- Wash, clean, and detail vehicles to showroom condition.
- Inspect completed units for cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory movement, unloading, and setup of incoming units as needed.
- Work with the sales and service departments to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications





- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience assembling powersports equipment, motorcycles, ATVs, or similar equipment is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to install accessories accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
