Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced DTF (Direct-to-Film) Heat Press & Production Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating DTF heat press equipment and managing production workflows efficiently. Your mechanical knowledge and experience in manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations will be essential to optimize productivity and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities

- Operate DTF heat press machines with precision to produce vibrant, durable transfers on various substrates
- Accurate and consistent placement of graphic transfers on a wide range of apparel types
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent quality and efficiency throughout production runs
- Assist with packaging finished products accurately and efficiently for shipment or distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area,



adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while upholding quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience operating DTF heat press machinery in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including packaging and warehousing operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
