Seamless Care Pharmacy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure efficient and accurate medication deliveries. You will play a critical role in managing overall delivery operations, optimizing routes, handling urgent requests, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Your strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and clear communication will contribute significantly to client satisfaction and the smooth functioning of our delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily delivery operations using pharmacy software, accounting for last-minute orders and potential delays.
- Communicate regularly with delivery drivers to confirm, adjust, and optimize delivery schedules.
- Ensure the accuracy and proper condition of all outgoing deliveries before they leave the pharmacy.
- Proactively inform customers about any delivery changes, delays, or issues.
- Respond promptly to last-minute order changes or additions requested by customers or pharmacy staff.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery workflows.
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or delivery operations is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and energetic workplace.
- Experience with scheduling, routing, or pharmacy software is a plus.
