Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Painter to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicle exteriors to restore them to their original condition. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of automotive painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly valued to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming prior to painting
- Apply paint using spray guns and other power tools with precision and consistency
- Match paint colors accurately to ensure seamless repairs
- Inspect finished work for quality, smoothness, and proper coverage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols related to handling paints, solvents, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet project deadlines and quality standards





Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter or similar role in an automotive repair setting
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in automotive painting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary during preparation or cleanup tasks
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for color matching and finish quality
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
