Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
- Assist in food handling and storage procedures to maintain safety and freshness of ingredients.
- Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, plating, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to uphold health standards across the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.




- Serve guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent food service experience from order to delivery.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly.
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards.
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment that demands multitasking and teamwork.
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service best practices is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for culinary arts with a desire to grow skills within the food industry.
