Overview
To provide overall management and accountability for the effective and efficient functioning of the program. Ensure all contract expectations and milestones are met. To lead the team in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive management and leadership
- Ensure achievement of program deliverables
- Ensure client eligibility and employment eligibility requirements are being met
- Provide direction for daily operations
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure the flow of communication
- Handle staff concerns, conflict management and creative problem-solving
- Delegate responsibility and assign tasks
- Provide training and be involved in the initial onboarding of new team members
- Ensure file requirements are met, satisfying contract expectations
- Engage in recruitment (client, employer, service providers) activities
- Attend networking opportunities representing the company and program
- Address client and employer concerns following policy and best practices
- Lead ongoing program review
- Manage physical resources,



information management, communication, and marketing
- Provide coverage and/or carry caseload, as needed

Qualifications

- Degree in related discipline; CCDP Designation or a Specialized Career Development Certificate
- Three years in Leadership role
- Three Years of Project Management Experience
- Experience working in a client-based industry
- Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Interview and assessment training
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly goals
