Position Summary

Parkview Massage + Wellness is seeking an experienced and organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multidisciplinary wellness clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective clinic operations, maintaining exceptional client service, supervising administrative functions, managing staff, and supporting business growth while ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage appointment scheduling and booking systems to maximize clinic efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and promoting excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with healthcare practitioners to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, infection prevention, workplace safety, and clinic policies.
- Monitor clinic performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and supervise administrative staff in collaboration with clinic ownership.
- Purchase and maintain inventory, including clinic supplies, office equipment, and treatment materials.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and operational policies.
- Maintain confidential client records in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor budgets,



and control clinic expenses.
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate diploma or master's degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is considered an asset.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a healthcare, wellness, medical, physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, dental, or other health services setting.

Skills

- Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and customer service.
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling software and electronic record systems.
- Inventory management and purchasing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinic management software.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Evening and weekend availability is required based on clinic operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client care.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
