We are looking for a Superintendent for a 57 unit building in downtown London.

Responsibilities include:
- Clean lobby as required

- Respond to emergencies as required

- Facilitate tradesmen entering the building in the event of an emergency repair.

- Showing units as required.

- Respond to emergency clean-ups in building

Must speak fluent English. Ability to read and write in English and communicate by email is essential.

Must have a clean vulnerable person’s background check.

Salary: To be determined based on experience.
