West Coast Outreach is a purpose-driven marketing and outreach organization that represents 23+ local and international charities and hospitals across Canada.

Through face-to-face engagement, we help trusted non-profit organizations and hospitals raise awareness, acquire new supporters, and build long-term community support.

Location

Edmonton, AB (On-Site)

- This is a full-time position that combines office-based training with community outreach.
- Each day begins with team meetings, training, and campaign preparation before heading into the community to represent our clients through face-to-face marketing.

Pay & Benefits

- Guaranteed weekly base pay
- Performance bonuses & incentives, commission
- Average weekly earnings: $700–$1,000 (Includes base pay per diem, commission, and bonuses.)

Paid training

- Ongoing coaching & career development
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Full-time hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- No vehicle required

What You'll Do

- Represent well-known charities and hospitals
- Engage with people through face-to-face conversations
- Explain campaigns clearly and professionally
- Build relationships with members of the public
- Answer questions and handle objections confidently
- Work both:
- In the office (training, meetings, preparation)
- In the field (community outreach, residential campaigns, events, booths, and public spaces)
- Meet individual and team goals




- Participate in ongoing coaching and development

Experience

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or marketing is an asset—but not required.
- Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full training is provided.

- Able to commute to our Edmonton office Monday through Friday
- Available to work 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- No vehicle required
