Responsibilities

- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and general gardening to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as digging, trimming, and minor repairs
- Support irrigation system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient watering practices
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report accordingly
- Assist with construction-related activities such as excavation using equipment like excavators under supervision
- Perform general maintenance duties including cleaning, painting,



and minor repairs of facilities and equipment
- Support team members in implementing horticultural practices aligned with landscape design plans

Qualifications

- Previous experience with landscaping, horticulture, or general maintenance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot easy issues with tools or equipment
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous
- Construction experience or familiarity with building sites is beneficial
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently
