Anytime Fitness Richmond Hill is looking for a confident and personable Member Experience & Sales Associate to join our front-office team. This role combines membership sales, customer service and relationship-building in a positive, community-focused fitness environment.

This is not a passive reception position. You will play an active role in following up with prospective members, conducting club tours, recommending membership options and helping people take the first step toward improving their health.

You do not need to be a personal trainer or fit a particular “fitness industry” image. We are looking for someone who can make people feel comfortable, listen to what they need and confidently guide them toward a decision.

What You’ll Do

- Respond promptly to new leads by telephone, text and email
- Book appointments and follow up with prospective members
- Welcome guests and conduct friendly, professional club tours
- Learn about each prospect’s goals and recommend the right membership option
- Confidently ask for the sale and complete membership registrations
- Follow up with prospects who have not yet joined
- Build relationships with current members and help create a welcoming club atmosphere
- Answer membership, billing and general account questions
- Promote personal training, group training, referral programs and club events
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our customer-management system
- Assist with front-desk organization and general club presentation
- Help identify and resolve member concerns before they become larger problems

Previous sales, hospitality, reception or customer-service experience is an asset, but fitness-industry experience is not required. We will provide training on our memberships, services, systems and sales process.

Schedule

We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.





Candidates must be available for a combination of weekday, evening and occasional weekend shifts. The final schedule will be based on club requirements and the successful applicant’s availability.

Compensation

Expected base compensation: $19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and availability.

Additional commission is earned on eligible membership sales, with the commission amount increasing based on monthly sales performance.
