Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable visit.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently through cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
