We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vaping products and technology sales, along with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting vaping products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the use and benefits of various vaping devices and e-liquids.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle customer payments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products,



and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Experience in cashiering or handling transactions is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
- A genuine interest in vaping products and technology is highly desirable.
