Mercato di Luigi (Chinatown location - 213 E Georgia) is seeking Cooks to join the team! Our location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night (Cantina di Luigi, inspired by our very own Ask for Luigi), celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity and fresh local ingredients.

We are hiring for two schedules:

- Wednesday to Saturday evenings
- Monday and Tuesday mornings, plus Wednesday evening

You have:

- 1+ year of Line Cook experience in a similar role
- Prep experience and strong knife skills
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- A positive attitude and team-oriented outlook
- A desire to learn
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
- An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work environment
