What You'll DoCashier

- Welcome every guest with a smile and when they thank you - My pleasure is the response
- Take accurate orders using the POS system.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Keep the dining room clean and inviting.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally.

Cook

- Prepare Mary Brown's products according to company standards.
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures exactly.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Monitor product quality and freshness.
- Work efficiently during busy periods.

Packline

- Assemble orders accurately and quickly.
- Double-check every order before it leaves the restaurant.
- Communicate with cooks and cashiers to keep orders flowing.
- Maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy.

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

- Good availability needed - day time please
- Show up on time—every shift. Open from 10am to 2am (south end) and till 10pm (chelmsford)
- Have a positive attitude.
- Love working with people.
- Stay calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements

- Able to stand for long periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Able to multitask while maintaining quality.
