The Role (This Is Not a Coordinator Job)

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take full ownership of our production & project operations division (30+ Employees/Contractors)

**In-Depth Experience in a Similar Position is Mandatory**

From the moment a job is sold → to the moment it’s completed, paid, and closed out…
you own the system.

You are NOT doing all the tasks —
You are building, leading, and optimizing the people and systems that do.

What You’ll Own

1. Production Leadership

- Lead and direct Project Coordinator(s)
- Oversee multiple Production Managers
- Ensure job sites are properly staffed, scheduled, and executed

2. Scheduling & Execution

- Ensure all sold jobs are scheduled efficiently
- Maintain full production pipeline visibility
- Optimize crew allocation based on skill, location, and job type

3. Financial Oversight (Operations Side)

- Ensure jobs are:
- Job costed properly
- Closed out cleanly
- Paid on time
- Track production efficiency, margins, and bottlenecks

Systems & Process

- Build and refine SOPs across operations
- Improve workflows between:
- Sales → Ops
- Ops → Production
- Production → Finance
- Eliminate chaos and create predictability

5. Team Accountability

- Hold Production Managers accountable to performance
- Run weekly pipeline and production meetings
- Ensure standards are met across all projects

- Jobs run on time, on budget, and at target margins
- Crews are fully utilized with minimal downtime
- Production Managers are organized, accountable, and leading well
- Clients have a smooth, high-end experience
- You create a system where nothing falls through the cracks
