Peak Physio is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team on Fridays. The ideal candidate values interdisciplinary care, collaborates effectively with other healthcare providers, and is committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes through evidence-based treatment.
This role provides the opportunity to build a massage therapy caseload within a supportive multidisciplinary environment while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide protected, effective, and evidence-based massage therapy treatments.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other practitioners to coordinate care.
- Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations with clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities for interdisciplinary care and make appropriate referrals.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, self-care, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented, professional, and client-focused.
- Acupuncture certification is considered an asset.
