- Obsession with hiring top-tier talent in high-velocity environments

- Filled multiple critical roles simultaneously under aggressive timelines

- Built talent pipelines in new geographies and have opened recent hiring markets successfully

Compensation

- Base compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 USD

- Equity compensation: $35,000 - $60,000 USD

- Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000 USD

- Remote
